2. Description of Service

ReadBubble is a language learning application that helps users learn new languages through AI-generated stories, word-by-word translations, native audio pronunciation, and interactive quizzes. We store your progress, scores, and vocabulary to personalize your learning experience.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of ReadBubble, you may need to create an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with anyone.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ReadBubble only for its intended purpose, personal language learning. You may not:

• Use bots, crawlers, scrapers, spiders, or automated tools to access or scrape the service.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code of the application.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on service content without written permission.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features.
• Use the service to transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to servers, systems, networks, or other users' accounts.
• Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
• Overload, flood, or otherwise impair service performance or availability.
• Harvest, collect, or store personal information of other users.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

5. No Crawling or Scraping

You expressly agree not to use any automated means, including bots, crawlers, scrapers, browser extensions, or scripts, to access, monitor, copy, or extract data from ReadBubble. Unauthorized automated access may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ReadBubble, including text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, software, and overall design, are the exclusive property of ReadBubble and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. User-Generated Content

If you submit text into ReadBubble (for example, custom texts for lessons), you retain ownership of that content. By submitting it, you grant us a limited license to process and display it solely to provide the language learning service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep ReadBubble available and running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

• We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or improvements.
• We may modify, update, or discontinue features at our discretion.
• Outages may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for loss or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to the service, other users, or third parties. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

ReadBubble is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReadBubble and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReadBubble and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by other appropriate means. Your continued use after revised terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ReadBubble regarding your use of the service.
